"Silo" from David Soll
"Silo" is a comedy about a lonely nuclear engineer, which drew an
enthusiastic response from a large crowd at the Brooklyn Bridge as part
of BAM’s Movies with a View series back in July. The film tells the story of a nuclear engineer who lets his hobby sidetrack him from his job.
Writer and director David Soll, who produces political ads as his day job, funded Silo through a successful Kickstarter campaign. He shot the film on location in a decommissioned Cold War-era missile silo located in Adirondack State Park, New York.
