Caleb Cleveland had the awesome idea of creating an illustrated alphabet for his Inktober challenge, and not just any alphabet, a Dungeons and Dragons-themed alphabet. I especially like the way he's incorporated contemporary children into each illustration. I hope to see a full color version of this series available for sale as a children's book one day.
Lucie Bryon has an awesome take on Inktober. She's drawing a one-panel web comic depicting a deep, dark personal fear each day of October. The results turned out to be rather funny.
In this video diary, Jake Parker talks a bit about why he created the Inktober Challenge and shares some of the sketches that he's made over the years for Inktober.
Ana Dapta has an interesting take on Inktober. She's creating a comic for each day of October featuring a Skeleton. The Skeleton reminds me of Mr. Skullhead from Animaniacs, and comic captions remind me of Rex Regrets. I can't wait to see the completed series.
