Alan Rickman Narrates a Tortoise Slowly Consuming a Strawberry - Aside from being a wonderful actor, Alan Rickman was very passionate and vocal about worthwhile causes in which he truly believed. Such causes include Save the Children and the Refugee Council, both of whom are working with One Click Giving, an organization that creates videos for good causes. The latest video features a tortoise slowly consuming a strawberry
with the distinctive voice of the the late actor in the background
asking viewers to simply watch and share the video. This was one of
Rickman’s last public projects before his untimely death
BB-8 Helps Industrial Light & Magic Accept Genius Award - The Critics Choice Awards were televised live for the
first time ever. While the event wasn’t quite as star-studded as the
Golden Globes or the Oscars, the festivities were hosted by comedian and
Cloverfield star T.J. Miller with some of his trademark wackiness, everyone seemed to be having a good time, and Mad Max: Fury Road took home a bunch of awards. But one special award was handed out to Industrial Light & Magic, and a special guest from Star Wars: The Force Awakens was on hand to help out.
Why couldn't we have gotten this cross-over, instead of that steaming pile, AVP: Alien vs. Predator? Honest to God, if Hollywood had a face, I would punch it.
