"Darth Vader Redesign fan art" by Spain-based Joshua Cairós
In a more horrific version of the Star Wars universe, Vader's extensive burns would have been placed on display as a measure to further intimidate his enemies. Personally, this outfit strikes me as a design that would have been at home in David Lynch's Dune... which sets me to imagining what a David Lynch-directed Star Wars might have looked like.
