Sculpture: If I Were


"If I Were" by Chinese artist Cao Hui

Hui re-imagines inanimate objects by re-imagining their innards as something more.  Assembled, the artist’s  sculptures appear to be classic Roman or Grecian stone statues, but disassembling them like a Janga tower reveals an interior that mimics the color and texture of flesh.
