WesterosCraft is an attempt to recreate the main continent from George R. R. Martin's Song of Ice and Fire in Minecraft. Completed builds include Winterfell, Castle Black and the Wall, Harrenhal, among others. According to the wiki, the builds are performed in creative mode by hand and there is a strenuous application process to get build rights. As far as creation time, "major builds take about a month usually, while some of the smaller castles take a couple of weeks at most." Flyby build videos are available, as are minecraft world downloads for specific builds.
