This forty meter long, three meter high mural covers the first floor walls of Japan's tallest structure, Tokyo Sky Tree tower, which opened its doors May 22nd. The mural captures the fine details of the surrounding city, including the Asakusa Kannon temple, the home of sumo wrestling in Ryogoku, the Tsukiji fish market, and the Ueno Zoo in a style reminiscent of edozubyoubu, traditional Japanese folding screens of the Edo period.
Personally, browsing this gallery leave me with an overwhelming itch to find Waldo. If you like this, you may want to check out the 100 Years Sea.
