"Useless Plastic Box" by Los Angeles-based street artist Plastic Jesus
Plastic Jesus installed this fake product in five Best
Buy stores in the Los Angeles area. It's a plain plastic box with a corresponding product tag that reads "Useless Plastic Box 1.2." The tag describes it as "Another gadget you don’t really need. Will not work once
you get it home. New model out in 4 weeks. Battery life too short to be
of use." I would love to see video of peoples' reactions to finding the product, but alas, there is none.
