"Wetless Raindrops" by Luzinterruptus
Luzinterruptus filled some eight hundred condoms with blue-dyed water
and tiny lights to represent rain as part of a project to commemorate a local public square that began life as a swimming pool. It's very beautiful, but I can't help but feel bad for the guy who had to go to the store and buy the condoms, because you just know that the cashier was all judgement.
