Short Film: One Day

"One Day" 

There's a new batch of Gobelins short films out this week on YouTube, and they don't disappoint.  As usual, Goeblins proves itself to be among France's best animation schools.

One Day is a particularly thoughtful piece.  It's a subtle sort of fantasy that puts me in mind of a Charles DeLint story, with excellent character development, and the fact that it is only four minutes long only makes it more impressive.

In case you don't speak French "rien á faire" translates to "nothing to do."
