Los Angeles-based sculptor Jon Neill
built his career working in design and prop, creature and costume
creation for TV and movies. But he’s also a wickedly awesome master
pumpkin carver, turning unassuming gourds into grotesque and terrifying
creatures. Neill is now a senior illustrator in the Art Directors Guild
and a faculty member at the Laguna College of Art and Design, which is where he’ll be giving a live pumpkin carving demonstration on Sunday October 26, 2014.
