Sandy if Banksy paints something that raises awareness about the storm
and its victims.
Once again, Banksy's work was defaced the very next day after it was created. While some fans have been shocked by the on-going "meta-vandalism," some of us are beginning to suspect that the second layer of vandalism may, in fact, be the whole point of the month-long outdoor exhibit.
