Video: Joan of Arc Speed Painting
This is a trailer for a full length video of artist Donato Giancola painting Joan of Arc. While there's nothing inherently geeky about the portrait itself, I think that watching the process is utterly fascinating. It's amazing how many layers of color go into creating a realistic skin tone.
