Illustration: L'heritage en Couleur

This moving little comic is an excellent demonstration of how effectively color contrasts can be used to convey emotional context.  Plus, the ending is pretty funny.  You'll never see it coming.

Humor: 50 Nerds of Grey

Erotica for the discerning geek.

There's nothing sexier that nerdy talk... right until it's not.  50 Nerds of Grey is a hilarious Twitter account that parodies Fifty Shades of Grey in the tone of voice of Moss from The IT Crowd, and it takes nerdy talk to a whole new level.  If you were a fan of The IT Crowd, you like it, and if you hated Fifty Shades of Grey, you'll love it even more.

Video Round-Up: January 27, 2016

Screen Junkies gives their Honest Trailers treatment to the Marvel televison series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. In Marvel’s longest running Avengers promo campaign, the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. are doing…. the best they can?

Baby Girl Falls Asleep on Moving Toy Train - Baby Vivienne ran out of steam and fell asleep while playing on her older brother's Imaginarium toy train. Vivienne's dad, Andy Hoeing, explains what happened: "She knows how to mount and dismount the train, so I wasn't worried when I went into the other room to respond to a work email. She became oddly quiet (you know, like when they're being mischievous), so I quickly headed back to check on her. She had fallen fast asleep! Melted my heart."

The Chickening (A Fascinatingly Bizarre Parody of ‘The Shining’) - Video remix artists, Nick DenBoer and Davy Force, created this fascinatingly bizarre (and nightmare-inducing) chicken-themed parody of director Stanley Kubrick's 1980 psychological horror film, The Shining.
