To celebrate the fifteenth anniversary of the opening of The Grand Floridian, Walt Disney has erected a two-story, sixteen foot-tall Victorian gingerbread house.  It required 1,050 pounds of honey, 800 pounds of flour, 600 pounds of sugar, and 140 pints of egg whites.  Here's the recipe, if you fancy making your own gingerbread house on a smaller scale.
