Papercraft: Cloud Leopard

Nahoka Kojima is a paper cut artist currently living in London.  She is known for one of her recent work, "Cloud Leopard," which was shown at Saatchi Collect earlier this year.  “Cloud Leopard” took 5 months alone to construct.

Byaku is her most ambitious piece to date, and it features a life-size swimming polar bear. It's set to be shown at the Jerwood Space in London this summer. Kojima’s unique process involves her hand cutting a single sheet of Japanese Washi paper.
