News: In a letter crossposted to both Haden Blackman's and JH William III's website, they announced they are planning to leave Batwoman due to a number of 'eleventh hour changes', including a refusal to have Kate Kane marry her fiancee, Maggie Sawyer. Batwoman is among a few openly gay superhero characters, and even fewer have their own book. To date, it has won two GLAAD awards for its portrayal of GLBT characters.
