Rather than work collectively on one piece, a group of students from Supinfocom Arles in France created a animation with a small group working on each segment separately, resulting in a stylistically rich montage.

In order presented in the video, the seven wonders are: the Great Pyramid of Giza, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, the Temple of Artemis at Ephesus, the Lighthouse of Alexandria, the Colossus of Rhodes, the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, and the Statue of Zeus at Olympia.

Absolutely incredible! Weighing in at 5.3 million Lego pieces, this is the world’s largest Lego construct.  It took 32 builders 17,000 man hours to complete, and all I can think it how much fun it's going to be to break it back into pieces.  Right now, it's on display in Times Square for three days to celebrate the upcoming premiere of The Yoda Chronicles on Cartoon Network.  Afterwards, it will be shipped off to the LEGOLand Resort in California.  Read more at Starwars.com.
