Tech: Optimus Popularis

It's hard to justify paying a thousand dollars for a keyboard, but this is one instance where it might be understandable.  The Optimus Popularis is a slim keyboard designed by Art Lebedev with customizable 64x64 pixel OLED keys that can each be programmed with a function and assigned a custom symbol or ten frame video clip.  The long strip between the function and number keys acts as a secondary, programmable display. Pre-orders are open now, and the keyboards should be shipping by the midle of next year. Price: US$1,086.
