Fun Fact: Thor’s helmet actually beat Loki’s helmet record! Loki’s helmet was made from 24 odd fondant pieces to create it, while Thor’s helmet took 56! Miljoner is made from one solid rectangle of fondant and carved out to create that hammer shape."

"My first artist’s book.
A book as an artwork, an artwork as a book.
The brief stated that we should shape our artistic vision in the form of an artwork. This piece of art should have its origin in the book. Inspired by the arts and craft movement as well as the Bauhaus functionalism, I created my own kind of art tool. The painter has his brush, the carpenter his hammer, I have my typographic ball. This piece is the start of a much bigger project where I will build a series of typographic spheres, and use these to make books with unique prints."
"On July 21st, 1969 Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin became the first humans to walk on the Moon. This creation commemorates this great historical accomplishment.After seeing Tyler's astronaut some time back, I knew immediately I wanted to do something similar with this piece. Plus I recently acquired 100 of these awesome pieces. As a spacer myself, I feel we often times get caught up in building magical sci-fi creations, and forget to pay tribute to the original roots. I'd love nothing more than for humans to get back out into exploring other celestial bodies!

"I love fantasy, especially when it’s delivered with a punch. This is why I’m such a huge fan of George R. R. Martin’s fantasy series, A Song of Ice and Fire. The books are for those with an open imagination and strong stomach. I made this wildly inaccurate but fun map as a tribute to the books."
"Custom made from my Vintage Dictionary Print designs using a repurposed, industrial electrical box. I use half-inch thick custom cut acrylic panel to additionally magnify my print with a thinner sheet of acrylic under the print to protect it. The 2 panels are then mounted onto the electrial box. My boxes are left raw to enhance the industrial vintage feel.
Each light comes ready to hang. And is plug & play ready, with an on/off switch and one incandescent light bulb."
"Last week, Paul Comstock, editor and founder of The California Literary Review, asked me to create an illustration for each of their weekly Breaking Bad recaps. Naturally I said yes within seconds.
The recaps post the day after the episode airs, so I have to anticipate the plot based on whatever teasers I can find and create an illustration ahead of time. It's an interesting creative challenge, and I'm looking forward to seeing how my ideas match up to the episodes after the fact.
Since the last season ended with Walt as the new meth King, I based my composition on playing card layouts and used the double-view as an opportunity to highlight his transformation from Season 1 to Season 5.
